I took in Sugar and Spice as my own at the end of November of 2013. During their first vet visit that following December I was told they were about eight months old and estimating up their birthday should be sometime in April and what better day to stick with then April 12th. (By the way this is also my fathers birthday so I knew it should make their birthday easier to remember).
So Happy Birthday to not only my dad, but also my fur babies who turn 8 years old today. By far the best decision I ever made by taking them in to live with me. They are definitely my spoilt, moody, energetic, cute, sweet, cuddly, babies. They are a mix of it all, full of personality and fit their names perfectly.
Just a warning yes there is a lot of pictures below just like any mother would have of her kids😊
And of course there is an explanation to each one😉

#1 First picture taken together within a month of us becoming our family of 3 at that point in time
#2 Going on their first walk in the park before their first hair cuts
#3 Spice loves her toys
#4 And loves looking out of the windows
#5 We raked up all the leaves in the yard into one pile and tossed Sugar and Spice in it Spice would run back and forth through it but Sugar was not a fan
#6 They tend to be good big sisters to Bella and Hunter even try to protect them against one another when they think the bigger one's are really fighting when they are actually only play fighting
#7 Their younger brother even tries to be like them thinking he is just as tiny and sits on tables, chairs, and loves to be close to them even through the window
#8 & 9 They love their nap time and to cuddle even if it is just amongst one another
#10 & 11 Also when they are shaved they tend to get very cold and freeze ending up snuggling under blankets or on top of heated throws
#12, 13, 14, & 15 They are extremely nosey and constantly have to be in the same room as you watching what you are doing whether over your shoulder, from a chair away, or right under your feet especially while cooking waiting for their moment of catching any fallen crumbs
#16 & 17 They do not only show us and their siblings love, but they also love on their aunt who is photo'd with them knowing she takes care of them when we cannot and so excited every time she visits and choose her lap quite often to rest in. (Extra that is not photo'd is their love for their feline furred siblings in which they show this by chasing them around the back yard wanting to just sniff them and play and also every other family member who enters our home such as their grandparents after their barking calms down they gladly jump up into their arms to welcome them)
#18 & 19 Last but not least they just make our home a home and shower us with love constantly and to top it off just so photogenic to not be photo'd
I am so glad to have Sugar and Spice as my fur babies and gladly celebrate their birthday today and them being with us.
