Today marks the last day of my second Summer class in my Masters counseling program.
I created a post when I started with my first course in which I stated how extremely happy and excited I was ready for this to begin and now.......
I AM STILL EXCITED.
I am not saying there were not tough times nor stressful moments to get those papers and discussions just right or to get my reading done and actually understand what the author was trying to say so I can apply it in my career life, but I had coffee to keep me up and focused through it all along with supportive loved ones and so far it has been a great experience.
I have learned much and discussion with peers and other classmates are quite insightful.
I will not lie I was worried about the start of this new step in life with time and money and worried thoughts such as failing like anyone would do, but fortunately I found an online program that allows me to be flexible and complete my work on my own time as long as deadlines are met and I interact as needed. It also helps that I have helpful, understanding, and encouraging professors with a well manageable and scheduled program.
I look forward to the rest of the classes to come and hope it continues to build me up and prepare me for my future.
What is everyone else's thoughts on summer classes and an online program?
