Trip Around the U.S. Part 8

The cities of Missouri!

I have been to Missouri a few times with family when I was younger and remember very little, but still enough to create a trip blog over it.

I remember one time we went with my dad’s side of the family and me, my sister, and our cousin who is close in age rode together and on the main highways played several road games. Road games such as the alphabet game. This is where the signs one sees will call out the words in alphabetical order until all the way to “Z”. Also we would come up with a subject and go down the alphabet for this until making it to “Z” such as a form of category game like animals or restaurants. It must start with the letter then you continue to the next. With these we would also make the arm air motion as if honking an 18-wheeler horn at 18 wheelers we passed so they would honk at us and wave. Just enjoying friendly traffic moments and help the time pass by. During this trip once we made it to where we were staying I remember playing “Pigtail”, a domino game, each night, with the adults along with a computer laptop basketball game me and my sister and cousin was addicted to. We would compete nonstop with one another to see who won.

Now to get to the state itself this time and other times I remember seeing a magician, comedy show, and visiting many Branson stores.

It was a big place and many sites to see and events to attend but I do need to go back and see what else I can experience and try to remember more. (If I do I will make sure to create a part two to this blog.)
